Return

  • To initiate a return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) through email or by phone call. If you placed your order as a guest, you must create a Dommei account in order to request a return. Return Authorization must include your Name, Order ID, and Reason for Return.
  • We will provide return label for you but return is not free; we will charge the return shipping fee and deduct from your original payment method. To return one or more items from an order:

The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging condition

Please Indicate your RA Number on your package

Attach the label on the outside of the shipping box

  • You can email us at support@dommei.com with your request. We will process your refund within 5 business days.Shipping fees and tax duties will not be refunded.
  • Dommei reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Exchange
